# Black Salsify - Schorseneren

A typical belgian wintery dish is the black salsify (or schorseneren in Flemish from its Latin name), served with a white sauce.

Here it is served with a blinde vink (similar to [slavink](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slavink)) and boiled potatoes.
